It's street scenes in a devastated Berlin, Germany in July, 1945.
The city had fallen under a brutal Russian onslaught in late April and early May of 1945, killing many people in Berllin and laying the city to waste.
The video shows the post apocalyptic aftermath. Most striking about the video is the bitter, defeated look on peoples' faces as they're being filmed.
